• Setthecurling/straighteningslideswitchto'lock'.(Fig.5)

2. Combyourhair.

3. Takeabouta5-cm-widelockofhair.

• Takeonlyasmuchhairasthelengthofthebarrelcanhold.

4. Holdtheendsofthehairandclosethepressplateonthelockofhair,leavingabout10cmfromtheends.(Fig.6)

5. Slidethestylingirondowntowardstheendsofthehair.

6. Curl

• Besuretokeepthebarrelatleast3cmawayfrombareskin.

7. Pressthetanktoreleasesteam,(forapprox.3seconds)(Fig.7)

8. Holdinplacewithoutusingsteam,(forapprox.7seconds)

9. Openthepressplateandtakethestylingironawayfromthehair.
