The appliance
does not operate
even the “ power”
switch is pressed.
The charging
indicator lamp
does not go
on/goes out.
The appliance
can be used only
for a few minutes
even after
charging it.
The adaptor is
abnormally hot.
The main unit
does not heat up.
The appliance
stops during use.

• The main unit and AC adaptor
are connected to a household
outlet.
• It is not charged.
• The “power” switch is not firmly
pressed.
Battery life is
exhausted
(approximately
5 years).
It is loosely inserted
into the household
outlet.
The appliance may not
work beyond the
recommended
temperature.
• Remove the AC adaptor from
the main unit.
• Recharge with the AC adaptor.

• Press the “power” button firmly
to its place.
• The appliance is fully charged.
This does not indicate a problem.

• The adaptor is not properly
inserted into the household outlet.
• The appliance plug is not firmly
inserted into the appliance socket.
• Properly insert the adaptor into
the household outlet.
• Firmly insert the appliance plug
into the appliance socket.
Consult a retailer or an
authorized service
center. (Do not change
the battery yourself.
Doing so may damage
the appliance.)
Use a household outlet
that is not loose.
Use under the
recommended
temperature of
15 °C - 35 °C

Recharge with the AC
adaptor.
• The battery has run down.
• The appliance automatically stops
after approximately 10 minutes.
This does not indicate a problem.
