4. Installation Of LCD Remote Controller
4.1 Accessories
The following accessories are included together with this manual. If any part is
missing, contact your dealer immediately.
1 Remote controller
Press the OFF TIMER key to activate auto-OFF timer mode. Under this mode, press
the respective MINUTE, HOUR and DAY key to select the time of the week when the
air-conditioning unit is to automatically start running. Press the ON TIMER key again
to save the setting.
Then to activate the 7-days timer, press and hold the TIMER ACTIVE key until the
word
“TIMER ACTIVE”
appears on the LCD screen. Repeat the same step to disable
the 7-days timer.
2.7 Other Function
Key Lock
Press the MINUTE key 3 times consecutively to activate the key lock. A
“KEY LOCK”
symbol will appear on the LCD screen. At this point, only the ON/OFF key is valid.
To disable the key lock, again press the MINUTE key 3 times consecutively.
Test run
Press the TEST key 2 times consecutively to test run the unit.
3. Error Code
When the system is on and an error occurs, the ON/OFF LED on the LCD panel will
blink and an error code is shown. When the system is off and there is a thermistor
error, the ON/OFF LED is off but the error code is still displayed. Each error code
represents different message as below:

- I first open up the casing of the lcd remote controller into its top and bottom case using a screwdriver to do this insert the screwdriver into the lower slot and slide it in the outward direction ii fix the bottom case onto the wall with the 2 wooden screws provided then insert the 4 connecting wires from the main board through the slot on the lower center of the case as shown below iii connect one end in each of the 4 wires to the terminal block behind the top case as illustrated the wire that goes into the gnd terminal at the top case must be connected at the other end to the gnd terminal at the main board the same goes for the 5v b and a connection iv fasten back the top and bottom case into place hook the two upper claws into their respective slots and snap the lower part shut 5

- Pour activer la minuterie sur 7 jours appuyez sans relâcher la touche timer active jusqu à ce que les mots timer active apparaissent sur l écran lcd répétez ce même geste pour désactiver la minuterie sur 7 jours 12

- I d abord ouvrez le boîtier de la télécommande lcd en séparant la partie supérieure de la partie inférieure à l aide d un tournevis que vous insérez dans la fente et faites glisser vers le haut ii fixez la partie inférieure du boîtier sur le mur avec les 2 vis à bois fournies puis introduisez les 4 fils électriques du panneau principal à travers les fentes du boîtier comme indiqué ci dessous iii raccordez l extrémité de chacun des fils aux bornes gnd derrière la partie supérieure du boîtier comme indiqué ci dessous le fil qui va au terminal gnd dans la partie supérieure du boîtier doit être raccordé à l autre extrémité du ter minal gnd à la plaquette principale la même chose s applique pour les raccordement 5v b et a iv rattachez la partie inférieure et supérieure du boîtier accrochez les deux pattes dans leur fente respective et fermez la partie inférieure 13

- I open eerst boven en beneden aan het apparaat de behuizing van de lcd afstandsbediening met een schroevendraaier steek hiertoe de schroevendraaier in de onderste sleuf en schuif hem voorzichtig naar buiten ii maak het onderste deel van de behuizing met de meegeleverde 2 houtschroeven aan de muur vast voer daarna de 4 verbindingsdraden van het hoofdpaneel door de sleuf onder in het midden van de behuizing zoals hier onder geïllustreerd iii sluit het uiteinde van elke van de 4 draden aan op de aansluitingen aan de achterkant van het bovendeel van de behuizing zoals geïllustreerd de draad die op de aansluiting gnd van het bovendeel aangesloten is moet aan de andere kant op de aansluiting gnd van het hoofdpaneel aangesloten worden hetzelfde geldt voor de aansluitingen 5v b en a iv doe het bovendeel weer op het onderste deel haak de twee bovenste haakjes in de sleuven en klik de onderkant vast 17

- I aprire la scatola del telecomando a cristalli liquidi separandone il pannello superiore da quello inferiore usando un cacciavite inserite il cacciavite nell apposita scanalatura e far leva verso l esterno ii fissare il pannello inferiore alla parete utilizzando le 2 viti in legno inserire quindi i 4 cavi dal pannello principale attraverso la fessura nel pannello come dimostrato nella figura iii collegare un estremita dei 4 cavi al terminale posizionato dietro il pannello superiore come mostrato il cavo che viene inserito nel terminale gnd sul pannello superiore deve essere collegato al terminale gnd del pannello principale lo stesso vale per i collegamenti 5v b e a iv richiudere le parti del telecomando agganciare le due sporgenze superiori nelle rispettive fessure e chiudere facendo pressione 25

- I primeiro abrir a cobertura do controlador remoto lcd na parte superior e inferior com uma chave de fendas para fazer isto inserir a chave na ranhura inferior e deslizar na direcção para fora ii fixar a caixa inferior à parede com os 2 parafusos de madeira fornecidos depois inserir os 4 fios de ligação da placa principal através da ranhura no centro inferior da caixa como mostrado abaixo iii conectar uma ponta dos 4 fios ao bloco terminal atrás da caixa superior como ilustrado o fio que vai para o terminal gnd na caixa superior deve estar ligado à outra ponta ao terminal gnd na placa principal o mesmo se aplica para a ligação 5v b e a iv voltar a apertar a caixa superior e inferior pendurar os dois grampos superiores nas ranhuras respectivas e fechar a parte inferior 33
