IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ

• For ecient operation it is essential that all the airways and lters are

cleaned regularly and that the dust container is emptied before it is full

and after every use of the appliance. Failure to do this will restrict the

airow and result in poor cleaner performance.

• Damage caused by failure to empty the dust container and to clean the

lters and airways as specied in these instructions will not be covered

by the warranty.

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF THERMOSTAT

• There is a safety thermostat inside the cleaner to prevent the unit from

being run with too high a vacuum rate. If the airways or lters get

clogged the pressure in the cleaner will be excessive and the thermostat

will activate. The cleaner then will stop working to protect the motor

from overheating.

• If this happens switch o and unplug the cleaner immediately.

• Allow the motor to cool down for one hour and clean the airways and

lters thoroughly. Plug the cleaner in again and switch on: the cleaner

should now operate normally.
