Install the CPU mount

Apply thermal paste to the CPU, and ensure the thermal pad is located on the chipset, then

secure the CPU mount to the motherboard as shown. Do not over tighten the screws and

ensure equal load is applied to all 3 screws. Check that the CPU mount sits flat against the

CPU and adjust accordingly.

Fit the motherboard to the top panel

With the CPU mount fixed to the motherboard, apply thermal paste to its upper surface, then

secure the motherboard to the top panel using the 4 screws at each corner.

Ensure correct orientation of the motherboard by confirming that the power button switch

aligns with the case top panel power button. Also ensure that there is good contact between

the CPU mount and the top panel. The top panel dissipates the heat from the CPU, so good

contact between the two surfaces is essential.

Fit the 2.5" Hard Drive/SSD (Optional)

If you are planning to use a 2.5" drive, now is the time to fit it to the bottom panel of the case. It

screws directly to the bottom panel using the 4 screws as shown. The short SATA cable

supplied should be attached to the 2.5" drive prior to fixing it to the bottom panel. If additional

clearance is required, you may also use 4 rubber pads applied to the bottom panel.

Re-assemble the case

With all components fitted, all that remains is to reverse the procedure and re-assemble the

side, front, back and bottom panels in that order. If installing a 2.5" drive, make sure to connect

it to the motherboard before securing the bottom panel in place.

Connect, power, video and accessories, then you are ready to go!
