Using the speed setting
touch controls

Once the trimmer has been turned
on with the on/off switch

by using the speed setting touch

1 Slide the finger rapidly from
to to turn the trimmer off.
– The appliance remains in
standby mode.
2 To switch on the trimmer again,
slide the finger in reverse direc-
tion, from to .

After two minutes in standby
mode, the trimmer switches off
completely automatically.
Adjusting the operating
speed
The operating speed of the trimmer
can be adjusted by using the speed
setting touch controls

1 Keep the speed setting touch
control

crease the speed and keep the

crease the speed.

Two short beeps indicate that
the min or max speed settings
have been reached.

The selected setting is saved dur-
ing the standby mode.
Touch control lock function
After switching on the appliance,
adjust the speed, then press the
power button for about 1-2 sec-
onds.
– The touch panel light will dim to
indicate that the touch feature is
locked.
To release the lock function, sim-
ply repeat the same procedure by
pressing the power button for 1-2
seconds.
– The touch panel lights up again
to indicate that the touch feature
is unlocked.
