Use only the battery supplied with the product.
USE
1. Put the bandage onto a specic body part and x it with the help of elastic
straps (see above)
2. Connect the battery to the bandage, and check that the battery has been
properly connected (see above)
3. Switch on the battery.
4. Green LED indicator will start ashing and a number of audio beeps will be emitted
by the battery indicating the safety check is started. After the check is over the
beeps stop and the green LED indicator remains lit. At this point the bandage begins
warming up and in a few seconds you will be able to perceive a pleasant heat. Make
sure the bandage is xed correctly. Check that there are no creases or folds.
5. You may extend the treatment period if necessary; remember, however, that
generally it should not last more than 20 to 30 minutes (see “Reasonable
heat treatment”). Switch off the battery in any moment if you want to stop
the treatment. Disconnect the battery from the bandage when not in use.
6. When the battery is completely discharged the control circuitry will switch
off the bandage. Green LED indicator goes out and instead red indicator
lights up and the battery emits audible signals. Disconnect the battery from
the bandage and proceed to charge it.
7. After use let the bandage cool down before storage.
8. If the battery is not to be used for a considerable period of time store it
disconnected from the bandage. Half charge the battery before storing as
explained in a specic section of this manual.
