up and installed incorrectly can both endanger life and health of people and be impaired in their func-

missioning) must only be carried out by persons who are authorised, who have successfully com-
pleted qualifying technical or vocational training for the respective activity and who have taken
part in advanced training sessions recognised by the relevant responsible authority. This especially

installation and maintenance of heating systems due to their technical training and specialist
