Limited Warranty
Camangi’s warranty obligaons for the WebStaon product are
limited to the terms set as following.
1. Warranty Period
WebStaon product against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use is warranted by Camangi
Corporaon for 12 months from the purchase date indicated on the
valid invoice by the original end-user purchaser. If you cannot
provide the evident of a purchase date, we will grant 12 months of
warranty period based on the manufacture date. The manufacture
date must carefully verify in the Serial Number(S/N). The serial
number is located on the interior of SD Card slot cover also on the
label of your WebStaon package. The manufacture date verificaon
on the Serial Number(S/N) please see the descripon on the
WebStaon FAQ hp://www.camangi.com/support.html. Finally, if
the last day of the warranty period is a naonal holiday, the following
day shall be the last day of the warranty period.
2. Warranty Inclusion for free maintenance service
2.1 WebStaon limited hardware warranty includes defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use of your
WebStaon for Warranty Period, not including any
peripheral products. AC adapter, included within
WebStaon package, limited warranty includes defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use of your
WebStaon for 3 months.
2.2 WebStaon limited soware warranty includes bugs in the
system soware and pre-install applicaons within the
permied, intended or suggested usage described in the
WebStaon documents for Warranty Period.
3. Warranty Exclusion
WebStaon warranty does not apply to the following terms:
3.1 Consumable Parts: WebStaon does not warrant the parts
exhausted with me, such as baeries. Unless the defects is
caused by producon materials or workmanship.
3.2 Cosmec Damage: WebStaon warranty does not cover
surface scratches, dents, broken plasc and customer
induce defect . Unless the surface is damaged upon arrival,
please follow the Return Policy to advocate your interests.
3.3 Damage caused from other devices.
3.4 Damage caused from Forceful operaon which includes,
without limitaon to, accident, abuse, misuse, liquid spill or
submersion, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
3.5 Damage caused due to operang out of the permied,
intended or suggested uses described by Camangi.
