6. Obtaining Warranty Service
  
Please make sure you complete the following steps before
applying for a service covered under your warranty.
Step 1 Please review any documents included with your WebStaon
or informaon available online such as support,
resources-Manual, FAQ, …and so on before applying for your
RMA number.
Step 2 Acquire your RMA number on
hp://www.camangi.com/service.html select
Repair and wait for 3-5 working days to get your Warranty
Service permission.
Step 3 Prepare following items .
A. Prepare your WebStaon.
B. Please locate your WebStaon into your original package to
prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for
any damage(s) occurred during transit without the original
package.
C. Print and paste your Warranty Service permission on your
WebStaon package and mail or deliver your WebStaion to
the allocated address on the Warranty Service permission.
7. Paid Repair Service
  
Camangi also provides Paid Repair Service if your device is not
covered under the Warranty Period and Inclusion. Please visit the
