3. DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
Le unità della serie SP sono gruppi frigoriferi condensati ad aria o ad acqua (optional) costruiti in versione split,
sono composti da:
1.
Una unità condensante installata esternamente alla cella.
2.
Una parte evaporante installata all' interno della cella.
3.
Un quadro elettrico di controllo e comando, posto sulla unità condensante
completo di un pannello di comando remoto fissato a parete.
4.
Due tubazioni precaricate di refrigerante da collegarsi ai rispettivi attacchi
posti sull’unità condensante ed evaporante.
4. FUNZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Gli uniblock SP, sono gruppi frigoriferi a compressione nei quali la produzione del freddo avviene per
vaporizzazione a bassa pressione in uno scambiatore termico (evaporatore) di un fluido frigorigeno liquido, tipo
HFC; il vapore così ottenuto viene ricondotto allo stato liquido mediante compressione meccanica ad una
pressione più elevata, seguita da un raffreddamento in un altro scambiatore termico (condensatore).
Il compressore frigorifero è di tipo ermetico, a moto alternativo, alimentato dalla rete elettrica monofase o
trifase. Lo sbrinamento, tramite resistenze elettriche, avviene in modo automatico preprogrammato, con
frequenza ciclica, con possibilità di intervento anche manuale.
5. MOVIMENTAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
La movimentazione della macchina può essere effettuata con mezzi di sollevamento e trasporto.
AVVERTENZE
Porre la massima attenzione affinchè nessuno transiti nell'area di manovra del mezzo di
sollevamento e trasporto, in modo tale da evitare qualsiasi possibilità di infortunio al
personale durante la movimentazione del carico sospeso.
Qualora la macchina venga spedita imballata in una cassa o gabbia di legno, la
movimentazione dovrà essere effettuata imbragando l'imballo in modo adeguato.
Prestare particolare attenzione affinchè la velocità di sollevamento della macchina
imballata
sia tale da evitare oscillazioni con pericolo di caduta dell’unità.
