The millstones allow to adjust the coffee grinding

degree. The ner the grinding, the quicker the coffee is

prepared, but the taste of ready drink may be bitter and

harsh. If the grinding is coarse, the ready drink will taste

washy. With proper grinding degree the ready coffee is

strong but has no bitter aftertaste.
