SINBO SFH 3314 INFRARED HEATER
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
Read these instructions carefully before using the device in order to avoid malfunctioning
due to incorrect operation and keep it for future reference.
Warning: Don’t use the device in the manner facing to floor, if stands on its carrier.
ATTENTION: Do not operate your heater vertically.
1. Ensure that the voltage rating of the place you will use the unit conforms to the voltage
level specified on the unit.
2. Always use a grounded plug to avoid electric shock hazard. Ensure that the plug is
connected securely.
3. Do not bend the power cable or apply excessive pressure in order to avoid damaging
the cable. If the power cable is damaged, it shall be replaced by professional technicians
in order to avoid electric shock hazard. Don’t attempt to replace the power cable.
4. Keep the cable away from heated surfaces.
5. Do not try to dismantle the part which contains the electrical parts.
6. This unit is not suitable for the use of children. Do not leave the unit unattended at
places where children are present or while it is being operated.
7. Do not insert any object (paper, pencil or wire etc.) or fingers through the safety grill
while the device is operating.
8. The device shall not be used for lighting cigarettes or similar things.
9. Do not place clothes on the heater for drying them, otherwise they can catch fire.
10. Do not cover the top of your heater.
11. Check the mains safety. Your fuse shall be 10A up to 2000 Watt, 16 A from 2200 Watt
to 3000 Watt.
12. Check that mains power supply is 220 ± 10 V (AC) and the electrical circuit is fitted
with an appropriate fuse.
13. Grounded socket shall not be above the level of the unit.
14. Unplug the unit if it will not be used for long times or before cleaning.
15. Do not connect the unit to the same socket or extension cable shared with other
devices.
16. There must be a minimum distance of 1 m between the unit and living things.
17. There must be a minimum distance of 1.8 m between the unit and floor.
18. There must be a minimum distance of 0.4 m between the unit and ceiling.
