9. To keep coffee hot, return carafe to the warming plate after serving.
The warming plate will automatically cycle to maintain ideal serving temM
perature as long as the coffee maker is on.
10. Switch control to off when carafe is empty or when unit is not in use.
11. To brew another carafe of coffee, turn the unit off and wait 10 minutes
to allow heating element to cool.
Important: If the unit is not allowed to cool before immediate repeated
use, water placed in water chamber may become overheated and a spray
of steam could be released from opening, creating a risk of burns.
BREWING A SECOND POT OF COFFEE
As mentioned above, it is recommended that the coffee maker should be
in off position for 10 minutes between cycles, in order to allow unit to
cool. While unit is in off position, dispose of used coffee filter, and rinse
carafe and filter basket in water. Place a fresh filter in basket. Repeat
brewing procedure.
1. Store coffee in a cool dry place. Once coffee has been opened, keep
it tightly sealed in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
2. For optimum coffee, buy whole beans and grind them finely just before
brewing.
3. Do not reMuse coffee grounds since this will greatly impair coffee flavor.
4. ReMheating coffee is not recommended. Coffee is at its peak flavor
immediately after brewing.
5. Small oil droplets on the surface of brewed; black coffee is due to the
extraction of oil from the coffee grounds. Oiliness may occur more freM
quently if heavily roasted coffees are used. Over extraction may also
cause oiliness, indicating a need to clean your coffee maker.
CARE AND CLEANING OF YOUR COFFEE MAKER
Always make sure coffee maker is unplugged and warming plate is cool
before attempting to clean. After daily use, the filter basket and carafe
should be washed in hot, sudsy water. Wipe exterior with a damp cloth to
remove superficial stains. For stubborn stains, use a nylon or plastic pad
with a nonMabrasive cleanser.
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ КОФЕ
• Наполните резервуар водой до нужного уровня.
• Поставьте емкость на нагревательную панель.
• Поместите бумажный фильтр в корзинку для фильтра.
Положите в фильтр соответствующее количество молотого
кофе. Если модель снабжена постоянным фильтром, не
используйте бумажный фильтр.
• Закройте крышку кофеварки.
• Нажмите на кнопку “ON/OFF”, загорится индикатор
включения.
• Если Вы хотите налить чашку кофе до того, как закончится
процесс приготовления кофе, просто снимите емкость с
нагревательной панели. При удалении емкости специальный
клапан закрывается, препятствуя вытеканию кофе. Когда Вы
поставите емкость на место, клапан автоматически откроется
и даст возможность кофе стекать в емкость.
• Сварив кофе, выключите прибор.
ПОСЛЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ
• Выключите прибор. Откройте крышку резервуара для воды.
Удалите из фильтра использованный кофе.
• Если Вы использовали постоянный фильтр, освободите его от
кофе и ополосните водой.
• Перед повторным приготовлением кофе дайте кофеварке
остыть.
РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ПО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ КОФЕ
• При приготовлении кофе сделайте перерыв в работе прибора
примерно на 10 минут. Пока кофеварка остывает, ополосните
стеклянную емкость и поменяйте фильтр.
• Храните кофе в сухом прохладном месте.
• Для достижения наилучшего вкуса напитка рекомендуется
