Before you start clipping

Before you start clipping, it is important to familiarise yourself with the

Philishave hair clipper by reading the directions for use.To get the best

results, stick to the following procedure during clipping.

Before you start clipping we recommend that you do the following.

1 First, find a comfortable place in front of a mirror where the

person whose hair you are going to cut can sit down.

2 Make sure that the person's head is at the same level as your

chest so that all parts of the head are clearly visible and within

easy reach.

3 Comb the hair in the direction of growth. Now you are ready to

start clipping.

Tip: to get the best results, only use the hair clipper on dry hair. Do not

use it on freshly washed hair.

1 Always start clipping the hair at the nape at the longest setting to

establish whether you have set the comb attachment to the

correct length setting.Adjust the setting, if necessary.When you
