As you can see, local0 ~ local7 is reserved for local users, the value is 16 to 23.
2) Timestamp
The timestamp records the time when the system information is generated, making it
easy for the user to view and locate system events. The timestamp and host name are
separated by a space.

mmm + space + dd + space + hh + colon +mm + colon + ss + colon + sss+

mmm = Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun | Jul | Aug | Sep | Oct | Nov | Dec
Indicates month
dd = 1~31, Indicates the date, if the value is 1 to 9, 0 should be added in
front of the number. For example, 1 to be converted to "01".
hh = 0 ~ 23, Indicates hours
mm = 0 ~ 59, Indicates minutes
