Hi I have a problem with telefunken sp5301 it stucks on the android welcome screen and do not boot. Do you have any help pls ?

Try to do a factory reset . Turn off the device . Then pinch and hold the power button and the volume up key 2. When the menu by pressing the Volume Up key select Recovery Mode and press Volume Down 3. When the image of Android with a red triangle press the power button 4. After that, the Volume Down key select Wipe data / factory reset and press the volume up . Select Yes
