I have the mean well RSP-2000 - 24 power supply but connecting the 220 ac power to the unit and powering it up I get a red warning light on, not blinking. The 24 volt output line is on 0 volts and the power supply is running,fans are active. Am I missing something or is there a connection I must do on pin cn502 or cn504? Please explain in simple terms or do I have a dud.
