When the TV has difculties connecting to the Internet, these steps may help resolve the problem.

When the TV can't connect to the Internet

The TV's colour, design, accessories (including the remote control) and features may differ depending on the model or

geographical area.

On the remote control, press the button and move to Settings using the directional button.
