Steam Making Method
Note: During steam production, if need stop the steam output, just turn the
knob back to the preheating and cooling state.
When the power indicator “ ” and coffee indicator “ ” are always on, can
enter the steam selection mode. Turn the knob to steam making status “
position, the boiler continues to heat, and the coffee light flashes white and
red alternately. After heating to the steam set point, the coffee light (red
light) is always on,enter the milk foaming mode,the maximum time for
foaming milk is 120s.
Note: The cup with milk needs to be placed at the steam pipe outlet
immediately after the red light is always on.
1.After steam preheating done, rotate the knob to steam making
position, if you need to stop steam production halfway, just rotate the knob
directly back to the preheating and cooling state.At this time, after 5S, the
system automatically pumps water at full speed to the preheat spot of
brewing coffee according to the temperature rise detection; No need to
pump water if below the preheat spot of brewing coffee. If need make
steam, just repeat the steam production procedure again, rotate the knob to
the steam making state, which can make steam. During steam
production, the power indicator “ ” and coffee indicator “ ” (red light)
are always on, and the boiler and water pump perform corresponding
actions according to the procedure. After milk foaming, need clean the
foaming device, steam pipe foaming nozzle in time to avoid milk scaling to
block the foaming nozzle and air inlet of the foaming device.

2. Exit steam mode
A.Rotate the knob to steam preheating “ state, after 5S, the system
automatically pumps water at full speed to the preheat spot of brewing
coffee according to the temperature rise detection; no need to pump water
if below the preheat spot of brewing coffee. Avoid over high and over low
temperature coffee during coffee brewing; Enter the coffee preheating cycle
mode.(The indicator light is always on when cooling state).
B.Turn the knob to the standby mode, enter the brewing coffee
standby mode directly.
Note: This operation may affect the coffee temperature and the effect.
During brewing coffee--- please pay attention to the following problems to
avoid scalding and powder frying:
1.In the normal coffee brewing process, do not open the coffee box (handle)
immediately after brewing, need turn the knob to the preheating and cooling
state position “ ” before open --- take away the coffee cup first, and then
unscrew the coffee handle.
2. After the steam is finished, do not make coffee immediately. 10s later, brew
coffee again (if the steam making time is too long, please cool the boiler twice
more --- that is, let the machine pump water automatically for cooling ---
see “steam making” for details).
3.During operation, pay attention to the water level in the water tank , avoid
draining the water in the water tank and let the water pump form a vacuum,
which makes it difficult for the machine to pump water --- if this problem
occurs (if it is difficult to pump water, turn the knob to the preheating and
cooling position for many times or put in/ take out the water tank for
many times and continuously, to let the water pump discharge the air and
avoid the problem of back pressure).
4.Coffee temperature: Extraction require water temperature 90-93℃; the cup
temperature 73.0---82.0℃; Steam production time should not be too long---
Prevent excessive milk temperature from affecting the effect of preparing
coffee.
Note: In order to make the next coffee making more cleaner and purer, it is
necessary to clean the coffee powder residue and coffee residue in the outlet
head regularly!!!
