ERRORS POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS

Motor does not start. Power plug is unplugged.

Check the cable, the power

plug and outlet.

Suction power is weak.

The filter may not be installed.

Suction adjustment may not be

in the proper position.

The brush, hose or pipe may be

clogged.

The filters may be dirty.

The dust container may be full.

Adjust the suction setting

according to the suitable ﬂoor.

Clean the clogged areas.

Clean or change filters.

Clean the dust container.

Electric shock

Since your device is a vacuum

cleaner with a dust bin, it will

be exposed to static electricity

accumulation.

Discharge the accumulated

static electricity by touching

the metal suction tube to metal

parts.

The dust container cannot be

removed.

There is a security lock to

ensure safe transport. The dust

container cannot be removed

when the device is not at a

precise angle.

Place the vacuum cleaner on a

ﬂat surface an then press the

dust container release button,

pull the dust container upwards

and remove it.
