Troubleshooting
If the device isn't working, please check the display and try one of the following
The device is not connected to a power supply
The socket is not providing power
Power board malfunction
Control system error
The current environment does not meet the device's operational requirements
The temperature of electronic components exceeds the acceptable range
Power spike detected, device is in protective mode
Critical error
1 Connect the device to a power supply
2 Make sure the power supply is working correctly (connect a device that you know
is functional)
3 Unplug the device and contact the Service Center
1 Unplug the device for 10–15 seconds
2 Wait for the environment to normalize (when the intake temperature falls within
the acceptable temperature range)
3 Unplug the device for 10–15 seconds. If the error persists, write down the
warning code (shown on the URC display or the mobile apps). When contacting
the Service Center, please have the following information available: device serial
number, personal information to register your claim, device mounting method
(wall type, internal and exterior wall details, other items mounted and their type).

2 Write down the error code (shown on the URC display or the mobile apps)
Unplug the device for 10–15 seconds
3 If the error persists (or a new warning appears), please have the serial number
and your personal information ready in order to contact the Service Center
