“SPA” WASH

The SPA wash function is provided to ensure the maximum washing effect. The

function includes four washing modes:

– Quiet Mode: The washing time is slightly increased and the tumble-drying

program runs at a low speed with low noise emission. This mode is suitable for

nighttime laundry or washing clothes while children are sleeping.

– Steaming: The steam treatment function is added to the washing process.

Steam penetrates deep into the fibers and sterilizes the clothes by killing

bacteria, fungi and allergens, as well as neutralizes unpleasant smells. Steam

treatment softens the fabric and smoothes out creases; therefore it will be

very useful for preventing strong wrinkling, especially after high speed tumble

drying.

– Careful Wash: This function is added to the washing program for a more

protective treatment of your laundry. The tumble-drying speed is reduced to

prevent wrinkling of the clothes. This function is recommended for items made

of silk, satin, fine synthetic and/or natural fabrics.

– Color Preservation: The clothes are washed in cold water to prevent color

fading and fabric deterioration.

You can select one of the four functions by pressing the “SPA

Wash” button;

the relevant indicator will light up on the display. The SPA Wash functions are

unavailable for some washing programs.

OZONE TREATMENT

The “Ozone Refreshing” function can be selected along with other selected

programs. With the machine started press the “Ozone Refreshing” button to add

the function to the current washing program for refreshing your clothes.

You can also select the refreshing program independently. This can be done in

two ways:

1. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to cancel the selected washing

program. The washing program indicator will go out and only the ozone

refreshing indicator will light up.

2. When a washing program + refreshing program are selected, press and hold

the washing program button for a brief period of time. The washing program

indicator will go out, the program will be cancelled and only the ozone

refreshing function indicator will light up.

To cancel the ozone treatment mode:

1. When a washing program + refreshing program are selected, press and hold

the washing program button for a brief period of time; the ozone treatment

indicator will go out, the function will be cancelled.

2. If the ozone treatment function is selected independently, it will be cancelled

automatically before any other program is started.

NOTE:

– No water is used in the ozone treatment mode and the drum does not rotate.

– The function is only used for refreshing and deodorizing white and light-

colored clothes.

– Before selecting this function, please ensure that the clothes have no surface

finishes that easily oxidize and fade, as well as no inscriptions or patterns

applied by ink printing.

– This function is not available in certain washing programs.

STAIN REMOVAL

For heavily contaminated clothes press the “Stains” button to add this function to

the current washing program and enhance the cleaning effect.

NOTE: This function is not available in certain washing programs.

LAUNDRY COMPLETION DELAY

Press and hold the “Stains” button for 3 seconds to set the program completion

time (delay) which is selectable at an increment of 1 hour up to a maximum of 24

hours. After selecting the desired program, but prior to pressing the START/PAUSE

button, repeatedly press the button until the desired delay time appears on the

display, e.g. 8 hours; the mode indicator will appear on the display.

NOTE: The washing cycle time will be included in the set program completion

delay time.

In order to cancel the function, select a different washing program. The delay

indicator will go out.

ATTENTION! The actual time of a washing cycle completion delay may differ

from the set delay time, depending on the water supply pressure, drainage type,

clothing type, water temperature and other factors.

NOTE: This function is not available in certain washing programs.

DRYING

1. WASH+DRY PROGRAM SELECTION METHODS

Select the washing program by pressing the relevant button, then add the drying

function to the washing program by pressing the “Drying” button. The program

and function indicators will light up. Select the value corresponding to the

desired drying time (AUTO-30-60-90-120-150-180-210-240 (minutes) or “--» to

disable the function) by briefly pressing the “Drying” button.

– Automatic drying: the drying time can be automatically adjusted depending on

the quantity and humidity of the clothes. When automatic drying is selected

the AUTO value will light up on the display.

– Drying time selection: select the desired drying time (30-60-90-120-150-180-

210-240) by pressing the “Drying” button. The selected time will appear on

the display.

Press the START/PAUSE button; the WASH+DRY program will start, the drying

process will automatically start upon completion of the washing cycle.

TO DISABLE THE DRYING MODE:

1. Press the “Drying” button; «--» will appear on the display, the drying function

will be disabled.

2. Select a different washing program to automatically cancel the drying

function.

SELECTING THE “DRYING” PROGRAM

An independent drying program is provided to enable drying only, without

starting the washing program.

NOTE: The drying function is suitable for drying cotton clothes. Do not dry items

that warp and shrink easily.

Press the “Drying” button in the program selection area during the washing

process to directly select the independent drying program.

Within the independent drying program the automatic drying mode or the desired

drying time can be selected by briefly pressing the “Drying” button.

After selecting the drying mode press the START/PAUSE button to start the

independent drying program.

SETTING THE DOWN

PADDED COAT DRYING PROGRAM

To wash a down-padded coat use the “Wash+Dry” program. Select the “DOWN

COAT” and the “AUTOMATIC DRYNG” (AUTO) modes. Do not use the “Drying” program

for down coat drying. It is recommended to only dry a down coat once for a

better drying effect.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR THE DRYING PROGRAM:

– If the clothes contain too much moisture, the machine will automatically

extend the drying time; this is normal, the drying time will continue to be

displayed: «0:20».

– The water supply valve should be open during the drying program, as water is

required for cooling and drying during the drying process.

– The maximum drying time is set differently for each model.

– In order to prevent wrinkling of the clothes, caused by excessive drying, you

can set a shorter drying time first, and then extend it in accordance with the

drying effect.

– It is recommended to run the tumble-drying cycle first before starting the

drying program.

– Untie any knots on the clothes after tumble-drying and then put them back

into the drum for drying.

– Drying may be uneven in some areas for large and thick clothing items. Please

extend the drying time after completion of the first cycle depending on the

results.
