Affilatura del disco per legno per le istruzioni di affilatura corretta fare riferimento alla confezione dell apparato di taglio l uso di un disco affilato in maniera corretta è essenziale per un utilizzo efficace e per evitare l usura superflua del disco e delle lame fig 7 accertarsi che il disco sia tenuto saldamente fermo durante l affilatura utilizzare una lima tonda da 5 5 mm l angolo di affilatura deve essere di 15 limare verso destra un dente e verso sinistra quello successivo e così via se il disco è stato graffiato da pietre può essere necessario affilare eccezionalmente l estremità superiore dei denti con una lima piatta in tal caso eseguire questa affilatura prima di utilizzare la lima tonda le estremità superiori devono essere limate in maniera uniforme per tutti i denti fig 8 46

Affilatura delle lame taglia erba 2 3 4 denti 1 le lame taglia erba sono rovesciabili quando un lato non è più affilato la lama puė essere rovesciata e si puė usare l altro lato fig 75 2 le lame taglia erba si affilano con una lima piatta a taglio semplice fig 76 3 per mantenere l equilibratura limare in modo uniforme tutti i taglienti 4 se le lame non sono affilate correttamente possono creare vibrazioni anomale alla macchina con conseguente rottura delle lame stesse 46

Affilatura disco verificare sempre le condizioni generali del disco una corretta affilatura del disco permette il massimo rendimento del decespuglitore per affilare i denti utlizzare una lima o mola quindi procedere a piccoli tocchi rispettando gli angoli e le dimensioni riportate in fig 72 73 46

Attenzione non saldare raddrizzare o modificare la forma di apparati di taglio danneggiati nel tentativo di ripararli queste operazioni possono determinare il distacco dell apparato di taglio e provocare lesioni gravi o letali 46

Attenzione un utensile di taglio sbagliato o una lama affilata in modo sbagliato aumentano i rischi di contraccolpo controllare le lame taglia erba per individuare danni o incrinature se sono danneggiate sostituirle fig 74 46
