Prior to performing a cut, check wood for presence of extraneous objects (wedges,
nails, pebbles, etc.).
In case the chain and/or guide bar jams: stop the machine, unplug the cable from
mains, use non-metal tool to release the chain without applying extensive force.
It is recommended that the rst time user should have practical instruction in the use
of the chain saw and the protective equipment from an experienced operator and that
the initial practice should be cutting logs on a saw horse or cradle.
Power tools must not be used outdoors in rainy weather, or in moist environment (after
rain) or in close vicinity with easily ammable liquids and gases. The working place
should be well lit.

To remove the battery: Press release button (16) in the indicated direction (A) and pull the
battery out of the machine body. (B)
To insert the battery: Place the battery into the base of the machine and slide it until it locks
with an audible click. (C)
