This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experi-
ence and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction con-
cerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards in-
volved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user mainte-
nance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
Children should be supervised to pre-
vent them from playing with the appli-
ance.
Check battery pack for damage prior to
every use. Do not use damaged battery
packs.
Do not subject the battery pack to me-
chanical stress.
The battery pack must not be complete-
ly immersed in water or stored in a wet
environment
The voltage of the battery pack must
correspond to the voltage indicated on
the type plate of the device used.
The battery voltage must match the
voltage indicated on the type plate of
the charger.
Do not use the battery pack in a dirty or
wet condition. Allow the battery pack
and connections to dry completely be-
fore use.
Do not charge the battery pack in explo-
sive atmospheres.
Protect the battery pack against heat,
sharp edges, oil and moving unit parts.
No metal parts may touch the contacts
of the battery pack, risk of short circuit.
Do not open the battery pack. Get re-
pairs done only by authorised experts.
Use the battery pack only with the ap-
proved charger.
Move only clean and dry battery packs
on to the battery holder of the charger.
Do not charge damaged battery packs.
Replace damaged battery packs.
Do not dispose off battery packs by
throwing them into fire or through
household waste.
Avoid contact with fluids oozing out of
defective battery packs. Rinse with wa-
ter in case of accidental contact with flu-
id. Consult a doctor if fluid comes into
contact with eyes.
Remove the battery pack from the de-
vice before carrying out any mainte-
nance and care work.

The lithium-ion battery is subject to the re-
quirements of dangerous goods regula-
tions and can be transported by the user in
public traffic areas without any further re-
strictions.
When shipping by third parties (transport
companies), special requirements for pack-
aging and labelling must be observed.
Only send the battery if the casing is un-
damaged. Tape off open contacts and pack
the battery tightly and securely. It must not
be able to move in the packaging.
