HEATING THE WATER UP TO PRESET
TEMPERATURE
You can warm up water up to the required temperature.
For making different tea varieties the special water
temperature is required.
It is recommended to use the water temperature: 60 °C
is for baby food, 70 °C is for white and green tea, 80 °C
is for brewing instant coffee, 90 °C is for making black
tea.
• Press temperature selection button (10) «
» once,

(2) will light up green. In this mode water will be
heated up to 60°.
• Press temperature selection button (10) «
» twice,
theindicator(9)70°willlightup,theaskillumination
(2) will light up yellow. In this mode water will be
heated up to 70°.
• Press the temperature selection button (10) «

threetimes,theindicator(9)80°willlightup,theask
illumination (2) will light up blue. In this mode water
will be heated up to 80°.
• Press the temperature selection button (10) «
»
fourtimes,theindicator(9)90°willlightup,theask
illumination (2) will light up violet. In this mode water
will be heated up to 90°.
• If it is necessary to switch the kettle off, press the On/
Off button (11) « » or remove the kettle from the
base (1).
MAKING TEA
• Open the lid (5) by pressing the button (6) and install
the infuser (12).
• Fill the kettle with water and place it on the base (1).
• Set the recommended water temperature for brewing
tea:70°С-forwhiteandgreentea,90°С-forblack
tea (see the chapter «HEATING WATER WITHOUT
BOILING»)
• When the water heats up to the preset temperature,
open the lid (5) and carefully add the necessary
amount of tea into the infuser (12), close the lid (5).
• Repeat the water heating function to the required
temperature, wait until the tea brews.
• If it is necessary to switch the kettle off, press the on/
off button (11) « » or remove the kettle from the
base (1).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning disconnect the kettle from the mains,
pour out water and let the kettle cool down.
• Wipethebase(1)andtheoutersurfaceoftheask
(3) with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe the
base(1)andtheask(3)dry.Usesoftdetergentsto
remove dirt; do not use metal sponges and abrasive
detergents and solvents.
• Do not immerse the electric kettle into water or any
other liquids, do not wash it in the dishwasher.
DESCALING
• Scale,appearinginsidetheask(3),inuencesthe
water taste and disturbs the heat exchange between
water and the heating element.
• To remove scale, you can use special scale-removing
agents, as well as household ones, for example,
vinegar or citric acid.
• Toremovescale,lltheask(1)withwaterone-third
full and boil it. Open the lid and add table vinegar (6-
9%) to the «MAX» mark, leave the liquid in the kettle
for several hours. After the scale dissolves, pour out
theliquidandrinsetheask(3)severaltimes.To
oust the smell of vinegar, boil water several times.
• Dissolve 25 g of citric acid in 500 ml of hot water.
• Fill the kettle with the prepared solution and leave for
15 minutes.
• Pourouttheliquidandrinsetheask(1)several
times, boil water several times.
• You can use special detergents for electric kettles or
coffee machines to remove scale, strictly following
the instructions on their usage which should
be placed on the packing of the detergent or in
supplemental materials provided by the seller.
• Clean the kettle from scale regularly.
STORAGE
• Before taking the kettle away for long storage, unplug
it, pour out water and let the unit cool down.
• Cleanthebase(1)andtheask(3).
• Keep the kettle in a dry cool place out of reach of
children and disabled persons.
