4 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 4 Handling the Consumables and Supplies 4 1 Paper and Toner Store the paper toner and other consumables in a place free from direct sunlight and away from any heating apparatus To prevent absorption of moisture store paper which has been removed from its wrapper but not loaded into the Paper Tray in a sealed plastic bag in a cool dark place Storage environmental requirements for the consumables are as follows temperature 20 C 4 F to 35 C 95 F humidity 15 to 85 The Starter Cartridge is blue and the Toner Cartridge is white Take care not to confuse the Toner and Starter Cartridge with one another 4 2 Imaging Unit Do not store the Imaging Unit in a hot humid and bright place Do not store the Imaging Unit upside down or tilted Do not subject the Imaging Unit to vibration Some Gears are positioned at the end of the I U Do not touch or turn these Gears
