23 MAKING COPIES 5 2 Selecting the Zoom Ratio If you wish to make a copy at a ratio not available among the fixed magnification ratios use the Zoom Up Down Keys to set the zoom ratio The zoom ratio can be varied in 0 001 increments in the range between X0 500 and X2 000 Depress the Zoom Up or Down Key as necessary until you reach the desired zoom ratio 1 NOTT As soon as the zoom ratio has been set the zoom ratio shown on the Multi functional Display changes to the number of copios setting If you wish to change the zoom ratio depress the Zoom Up or Down Key This causes the zoom ratio to re appear on the Multi Functional Display Now depress the Zoom Up or Down Key as necessary until the desired ratio is reached 1 NOTE It is a good idea to store a frequently used zoom ratio in memory Zoom Memory p 2 CHAPTER 3 Select a fixed magnification ratio closest to the desired zoom ratio The selected fixed magnification ratio is shown on the MultiFunctional Display
