CHANGING THE ATTACHMENTS
Only change the attachments when the device is switched off
and the mains plug is pulled out.
When changing the attachments, only handle the plastic parts.
The metallic parts may still be hot!
Turn the clamping ring anticlockwise before taking out the
attachment. Pull the attachment out of the base appliance.
Push the next attachment firmly into the base appliance.
Tighten the clamping ring by turning it clockwise.
EXCHANGING THE CRIMPER AND STRAIGHTENE PLATES
Corrugated plates for crimping hair. Flat plates for straighte
ing hair.
Press the knob at the side of the crimper or straightener plate.
Grip the plates on the isolated front part and pull them out.
Push the other plates into the attachment. Make sure that the
strips on both sides slide into the grooves and latch into place.
HEATING
Insert the mains cable plug in the socket.
Select the desired temperature with the 2(level switch.
The signal lamp glows as long as the appliance is switched on.
After a few minutes, the appliance has heated up and is ready for use.

- Plug in the straightener allow the unit to heat up for approximately 20 minutes before use always place the straightener on a solid flat surface do not place the straightener on any soft or uneven surfaces such as carpets or rugs 3 use the straightener on dry hair 4 add the hair spray evenly throughout the hair for a long lasting style 5 separate a section of hair between the plates of the straightener and close the plates 6 hold the straightener in place for 8 or 10 seconds or unit the hair is heated 7 pull hair downwards and hold taut 8 once the hair is heated holding the hair taut carefully slide the plates along the selected section of hair in one smooth movement all the way down to the ends 9 keep the strands of hair smooth whilst you work to avoid ridges half way down 4

- Styling options 1 crimper with flat plate your hair must be completely dry before using the straighener attach ment take a section of hair and starting from the scalp glide the straightening plates slowly and evenly down the section of hair to smooth and straighten hold the plates firmly together to ensure best results for thicker hard to manage hair keep the plates held together slightly longer tip when you have finished styling run a small amount of finishing prod uct through the hair flattening the hair from the top and moving down wards 2 crimper with wave plate as with the straightener ensure that your hair is completely dry before using the crimper take the section of hair and starting at the roots hold the plates over each section for a few seconds for a continuous ridged effect place the plate on the last ridge of the previous section leave as is for a sharp finish for a softer effect loosen with your fingers or brush for more volume 3 curling iron the tighter you wrap the hair 4
