11.Whentheramstops,reinserttheplatenbleed
stick(R)andhandtighten.

pressurizeahotmeltsystembeforeturningonthe
heat.Theairwillbelockedfromtheairmotoruntil
alltemperaturezonesarewithinapresetwindow
ofthetemperaturesetpoints.
Keepthedispensevalveopenoverawaste
containerwhilethesystemisheatingupandalso
whencoolingdown.Thiswillpreventapressure
build-upcausedbyuidsorgasesexpandingfrom
theheat.
Note
Operateatthelowesttemperatureand
pressurenecessaryforyourapplication.
1.Turnthemainpowerswitchontheelectrical
controlpaneldoortotheONposition.
2.Pressthe button.Thezonesbeginto
heat(providedtheyareenabled).Press
ifthezonesdonotbegintoheat.
