Chapter 25 ACL Commands
25.1 time-range
Description
The time-range command is used to add Time-Range. To delete the
corresponding Time-Range, please use no time-range command. A time-range
based ACL enables you to implement ACL control over packets by
differentiating the time-ranges. A time-range can be specified in each rule in an
ACL. The rule takes effect only when the specified time-range is configured and
the system time is within the time-range.
Syntax
time-range name
no time-range name
Parameter
name —— The Time-Range name, ranging from 1 to 16 characters.
Command Mode
Global Configuration Mode
Privilege Requirement
Only Admin, Operator and Power User level users have access to these
commands.
Example
Add a time-range named tSeg1:
T1700G-28TQ(config)# time-range tSeg1
25.2 absolute
Description
The absolute command is used to configure a time-range into an absoluteness
mode. To delete the corresponding Absoluteness Mode time-range, please use
no absolute command.
Syntax
absolute start start-date end end-date
