•

If the unit is dropped into water, unplug

the power adapter immediately, and only

then take the unit out of the water.

•

Always keep the blades clean and lubri-

cated.

•

After each using clean the attachments

and the blade blocks with the brush to

remove the cut-off hair.

•

Never leave the operating unit unat-

tended.

•

Switch the unit off during intervals in oper-

ation or when you are not using it.

•

Do not allow children to touch the power

adapter during the unit charging.

•

Do not allow children to use the units

as a toy.

•

This unit is not intended for usage by

children.

•

During the unit operation and breaks

between operation cycles, place the unit

out of reach of children and disabled

persons.

•

The unit is not intended for usage by

physically or mentally disabled persons

(including children) or by persons lack-

ing experience or knowledge if they are

not under supervision of a person who is

responsible for their safety or if they are

not instructed by this person on the usage

of the unit.

•

Close supervision is necessary when chil-

dren or disabled persons are near the

operating unit.

•

For children safety reasons do not leave

polyethylene bags used as a packaging

unattended.

Attention! Do not allow children to play

with polyethylene bags or packaging film.

Danger of suffocation!

Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not

disassemble the unit by yourself, if any

malfunction is detected or after it was

dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any

authorized service center from the con-

tact address list given in the warranty cer-

tificate and on the website www.vitek.ru.

•

To avoid damages, transport the unit in

the original package only.

•

Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of

reach of children and disabled persons.

THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD

USAGE ONLY

BEFORE THE FIRST USE:

After unit transportation or storage

at low temperature keep it for at least

three hours at room temperature before

switching on.

–

Unpack the unit completely and remove

any stickers that can prevent unit opera-

tion.

–

Check the unit for damages; do not use it

in case of damages.

–

Before connecting the power adapter,

make sure that voltage of the mains cor-

responds to the unit operating voltage.

–

Charge the battery and lubricate the

blade block following the recommenda-

tions below.

The trimmer can operate both connected

to the mains and on the built-in battery.

Battery charging

Full charging of the accumulator battery is

enough approximately for 45 minutes of

continuous operation.

–

Switch the trimmer off by pressing the

button (3).

–

Insert the power adapter (18) cord plug

into the trimmer socket (1) on the lower

side of the unit body.

–

Place the trimmer on a flat stable surface.

–

Plug the power adapter (18) plug into the

mains socket, the charging indicator (2)

will light up red.

–

The full charging time for the accumula-

tor battery is 8 hours; do not exceed it to

avoid reducing the battery operating life.

–

After the batteries are charged, unplug

the power adapter (18) from the mains,

remove the adapter cord plug from the
