1. Remove water temperature sensor from engine.
2. Put water temperature sensor in the water, and warm up
water slowly.
3. Measure water temperature sensor resistance. Replace if
the resistance is out of specified range.
Water Temperature Sensor Resistance (Reference Value) :
Between Black/Yellow (B/Y) - Black (B)
2.4 to 2.9 Ω ( at 20°C )
0.29 to 0.32 Ω ( at 80°C )

1. Check electrical conductivity of neutral switch. Replace if no
conductivity.
