УХОД И ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ
• Перед чисткой тепловентилятора, следует установить
переключатель режимов работы в положение 0 (Выключено) и
вынуть сетевую вилку из розетки.
• Никогда не используйте для чистки устройства моющие жидкости
или растворители (ацетон). Протирайте устройство снаружи сухой
тканью.
• Рекомендуется протирать тепловентилятор после каждого
использования. После использования поместите тепловентилятор
в упаковку и уберите на хранение в сухое место. Не допускайте
касания электрического шнура острых предметов.
• Перед последующим включением тепловентилятора, следует
проверить его техническое состояние и состояние изоляции
сетевого шнура.
• Не допускайте попадания воды во внутреннюю часть
тепловентилятора во избежание риска поражения электрическим
током.

Переносные электрические тепловентиляторы
предназначены для обогрева помещений в качестве дополнительных
обогревательных приборов. Они не рассчитаны на работу в качестве
основных обогревательных приборов.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
•
To ensure familiarity with the controls, safety features, and operation of your
heater * Read all instructions before using.
• To reduce hazard of injury due to electric shock
• Danger of shock exists even when the appliance is switched off. ALWAYS
unplug when not in use.
• A heater should never be used under conditions where it may be immersed,
or come in contact with water. Similarly do not plug in your heater if its sur*
faces are damp.
• Do not insert foreign objects through the intake or discharge grilles.
• Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord*set, or if it has been
dropped, or damaged in any manner. Return it to an Authorized Service facil*
ity for inspection, repair and testing.
• Close supervision is required when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Disconnect the cord from the outlet before cleaning.
• Unplug heater by grasping plug and pulling it from the outlet.
• When storing your heater, keep it in a cool, dry place.
• To reduce hazard of injury or property damage due to heat, fire, or explosion:
• Position your heater away from furniture or loose hanging materials. Do not
drape clothing or towels, etc, over the heater to dry.
• Keep the rear grille out from walls or drapes so as not to block the air intake.
• Use of an extension cord is not recommended. However, if it is absolutely
necessary ensure the cord is:
* Short as possible (long cords coiled up can overheat, as well as cause
tripping accidents)
* Not used to supply power to more than one appliance at a time.
• Do not use in the presence of explosive or flammable vapours.
• Do not run in locations when the heater will be left unattended for long peri*
ods of time. (for example * several weeks in an unoccupied summer cot*
tage).

- Maintenance 1 always disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet when cleaning your heater 2 light accumulated dust may be removed from the heater with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner using the dusting brush attachment interior dust can often be removed by using a vacuum cleaner in its blower mode with a crevice tool attachment 3 wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater occasionally with a cloth mois tened not dripping wet with a solution of mild detergent and water dry the case thoroughly with a soft dry cloth before operating the heater 5
- Pilot light this fan heater is equipped with a pilot light that glows whenever the heater is plugged in and turned on it will continue to glow even if the thermostat has cycled the heating elements off this feature is to prevent you from being unaware that the heater is operating and maintaining the tempera ture of the room when you do not wish the heater to control the room tem perature turn the control switch to 0 off and remove the plug from the electrical outlet 5
- Remember portable electric heaters are designed for spot heating or as a supplementary heat source they are not intented to be main sources of heat during the normal heating season 5
- The fan motor is factory lubricated for life and will require no further lubrication 5 no other user maintenance is required or recommended if service is required send your heater to the nearest authorized service depot 6 store heater in a clean dry place when not in use 5
