Mashed
potatoes
Attachment (2)
1 kg of peeled potatoes
1.
Cook the potatoes in salted water until
ready.
2.
Put boiled potatoes into the bowl, install
the attachment (2) and let it operate
at medium speed for approximately
1 minute.
3.
Add hot milk to mashed potatoes and
continue operating for 1 minute.
1/2 cup of hot milk
Butter to taste
1 tea spoon of kosher salt
Whipped egg
whites
Beater (3)
2 eggs
1.
Divide whites of the eggs from yolks
and put the whites into the bowl.
2.
Use the beater (3), whisk the egg whites
to the homogeneous mass, operate at
the maximal beater rotation speed.
