INTRODUCTION
INVERTER welders for arc welding and TIG welding (with tungsten electrode in inert gas shielding) are used to
join metal parts with weld penetration.
This is achieved with heat produced by electric arc between electrode tip and welded material.
Parts are joined by melting.
Modern, electronic technical solutions allow to obtain product with specic properties, like low power
consumption and low weight.
CONNECTION TO POWER SUPPLY NETWORK
Connect the welder to mains network with parameters matching those on the rating plate (U1). Make
connection through a fuse with maximum current matching value shown on the welder rating plate.
Important information: When replacing power cable use only original replacement parts.
PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
The device is equipped with thermal protection against excessive heating due to overloading. Indicator lamp
informs when protection shuts o power supply.
SWITCHING ON
Ensure earthing terminal has good contact with joined parts. Clean surface of joined material where earthing
clamp is installed, when necessary.
Welding current can be adjusted by turning adjustment knob.
WARNING
Ensure ventilation slots are unobstructed.•
Do not leave welder exposed to rain.•
When using high welding current during use of welder, always remember that signicant power consumption •
may adversely aect operation of other electrical devices (interference).
