More detailed information about trouble and operation mode can be taken out of SG 513 unit using specific equipment.
The SG 513 GAS control unit is an
intermittent service unit (limited to
twenty-four hours of continued use)
whose program is managed by a
microcontroller. It also analyses
malfunction, via codified light signals.
When unit is faulty, the R switch light is
on. Every ten seconds, the trouble code
appears until unit is reset.
Thanks to the non-volatile
microcontroller memory, it can be
consulted later. The unit stops without a
signal, if voltage is below its minimum
value, and restarts automatically, as
soon as voltage is back to normal.
In continual functioning a thermostatic
cut-out is obligatory after twenty-four
hours.
Unit removal and installation
operations must be performed with
power off. The unit must not be
opened or repaired.
