measurement units «kg» , the user’s height values
are given in centimeters «cm», possible height val-
ues are from 100 to 250 cm with the step 1 cm. Set
the height values by pressing the buttons (7)
and then confirm the inputted data by pressing
the «SET» button (8).
Note: If you select «lb» as weight measurement units,
the height will be set in feet and inches.
• Digital values of age will be flashing on the display
(6). Set the user’s age pressing the buttons (7)
, the age range is from 10 to 100 years with the
step 1 year. To save the user’s age press the «SET»
button (8).
Note:
– If the interval between personal data input steps
exceeds 30 seconds, the remote receiver will be
automatically switched to weighing mode.
– If no personal data was entered, the scale will cal-
culate the percentage of «fat» and «water» in the
body of a 25-year old woman with height of 165 cm.
– You can delete saved user data; to do this, remove
the battery from the remote receiver and then press
and hold the buttons (7)
(8) “SET”. All saved
user data will be deleted.
CALCULATING OF THE PERCENTAGE OF WATER
AND FAT IN HUMAN TISSUES
• Press the «SET» button (8), one of the user numbers
«1», «2».., «12» will be flashing on the display (6).
• Pressing the buttons (7) , select your user
number with preliminary inputted data, confirm your
user number selection, pressing the «SET» button (8).
• Consequently pressing the «SET» button (8) view
your personal data (sex, age, height).
• After viewing the height data the symbols «0.0 kg»
and the user’s number, for instance, «3» will be
shown on the display (6).
• Step with your bare feet on the scale so that your
feet and heels are on the contact areas (1), stay
still during the weight measurement and wait till the
weight indications appear.
• Keep standing on the scale. When moving symbols
«о…о» appear on the display (6), it means that the
scale is calculating the percentage of fat and water
in user’s body tissues (fig.7).
• After the calculation the person’s weight, the per-
centage of fat « » and water « » will be shown
on the display (6). The results of calculation of per-
centage of fat and water and the weight of the user
will be shown on the display (6) three times (fig. 8).
Attention!
– The symbol «ErrL» means that fat percentage in
the body tissues is very low, so it is impossible
to calculate it.
Recommendations: in this case you should keep to
more nutritive diet and pay more attention to your health.
– The symbol «Errh» means that fat percentage in
the body tissues is excessive, so it is impossible
to calculate it.
Recommendations: in this case you should keep to low-
calorie diet, take more exercises and pay more attention
to your health.
MEMORY
This model of scale has memory cells for 12 users (1 ...
12), for each user not only his personal data (sex, age,
height) are saved but also the results of the last weight
measurement and percentage of fat and water.
To view the previous weight measurement data and
calculations of fat and water percentage:
– Press «SET» button (8) and select the user’s num-
ber (1 …12);
– Press the button (7) , the weight, fat « » and
water « » percentage in the user’s body tissues
will be shown on the display.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Weigh yourself at one and the same time of the day.
• We recommend measuring the percentage of fat
and water in the evening before evening meal.
• 2-3 hours should pass after last meal.
• At least 10-12 hours should pass after intensive
physical exercises.
• Percentage of fat in the body depends on different
factors and can change during the day.
• When calculating percentage of fat and water of
children younger than 10 years the results may be
inaccurate.
• Professional sportsmen, people inclined to edemas
and people with nonstandard body proportions can
show inaccurate results of calculation of fat and
water percentage.
Note: Fat and water percentage data can be calculated
only if personal data (sex, age, height) are entered cor-
rectly and only if you step on the scale with bare feet.
Change of fat percentage in a human body during
the day
The indications of fat percentage in a human body are
affected by such factors as lifestyle, physical load,
health condition and also water percentage in the body.
– You should take into account the following factors:
– The fat percentage indications may be less if mea-
sured after taking a bath or a shower.
– The fat percentage indications may be higher if
measured after having meal or drinking.
– Percentage of liquid in a human body may decrease
and thus change the fat percentage indications dur-
ing and after illness and after physical exercises.
Water percentage in a human body
Water percentage in a human organism is the amount of
liquid in the human body in percent to total weight. Water
has primary importance for human tissues and organs,
since 50-65% of our body consist of water. With this
scale you can control the percentage of water in your
body and correct this important characteristic.
Temporary connection of the results
Pay attention to the fact that all results of calculations
and simple weight measurements will be significant only
