CAUTION
Do not install the unit to an unstable or defective
sun visor. Doing so may cause the unit to fall, re-
sulting in an accident or malfunction.
1 Check the sun visor.
Check the thickness of the sun visor to install
the unit to.
The unit can be installed to sun visors that meet
the following specifications.

the size matching the sun visor thickness.

1 Pull the HUD lock lever, and slide it to the
lock-release position.

2 Remove the eight screws including longi-
tudinal direction adjustment screws (shown
in the illustration) on the mounting bracket,
and then remove the sun visor thickness ad-
justment plate (medium).
If the longitudinal direction adjustment screws
are removed, the longitudinal direction adjust-
ment plate is removed from the sun visor thick-
ness adjustment plate.

3 Attach the longitudinal direction adjust-
ment plate to the sun visor thickness adjust-
ment plate to be used.
