0 Installation Refer to the nearest Authorised Service Agent for installation of the product Make sure that the electric installations are in place before calling the Authorised Service Agent to have the product ready for operation If not call a qualified electrician and fitter to have the required arrangements made ___________________ jP J Preparation of location and electrical F I Installation for the product is under customer s irresponsibility A DANGER I The product must be installed in accordance with all local electrical regulations B B DANGER Prior to installation visually check if the product has any defects on it If so do not have it installed Damaged products cause risks for your safety The exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which is used for exhausting fumes from other appliances burning gas or other fuels Not applicable for appliances which only discharge air back into the room Regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be fulfilled Electrical connection Manufactured with 2 track power cable this device must be connected to the mains by an electrical switch with at least 3mm clearance between bipolar contact leads Have a qualified electrician to install electric wiring Install your product to ensure easy access to electricity connection plug wall outlet after installation Installing the hood___________________________ Dimensions are given in mm DANGER Warning Failure to install the screws or fixing device in accordance with the instructions may result in electrical hazards Information required for the preparation of the installation place for your hood is given below Hood should be placed as aligned by the central axis of the cooking appliance Cooking appliance and the hood s oil filters should be at least 650mm away from each other Perform the following steps for the min The minimum distance between the supporting surface for the cooking vessels on the hob and the lowest part of the range hood is 65cm 10 EN min max 1 Centering the cooking appliance draw an axis line on the wall up to 950mm height Later draw two parallel lines at 90mm distance on both sides of the axis line reaching to the ceiling Then determine hole locations by drawing the lines Y JX2 and X1 that cut vertically the axis line for which measurements are given in Figure 1
