Hydraulic test
The duty point of each pump is guaranteed to
ISO 9906:2012 Grade 3B.
This test is always carried out using the original motor.
The NPSH and the suction lift are not measured
(3.2 certificate available).
Warranties
Warranties are given within the scope of the valid delivery
conditions.
Selection information
Information about the characteristic curve
NPSH:
The NPSH values given in the individual characteristic
curves are minimum values which correspond to the
cavitation limit.
A safety margin of at least 0.5 m must be added when
selecting the pump to compensate for measuring
inaccuracies.
The NPSH curves reflect average values.
A safety margin of 0.5 m must be added to the NPSH value
of the characteristic curve when selecting a system.
Fluid handled
The actual operating conditions must always be checked
(concentration, temperature, solids content). Penetration of air
into the system must be avoided by all means.
If the fluid handled contains solids such as steel chips or steel
chip dust, check the permissible particle concentration with
KSB.
