This application allows you to enable or specify the lighting mode of the onboard LEDs while in the Windows

environment.

The Ambient LED Interface

Using Ambient LED

• The icon on the top right corner:

Allows you to enable or disable the LED lighting.

• Allows to you to congure the lighting behaviour of all LEDs.

Still Mode All LEDs emit a single color.

Beat Mode All LEDs are synchronized with your music.

Flash Mode All LEDs simultaneously ash on and off.

Pulse Mode All LEDs simultaneously fade in and fade out.

Color Cycle Mode All LEDs simultaneously cycle through a full spectrum of colors.

Double Flash Mode All LEDs ash in an interlaced pattern.

LED Color Theme Select the LED color.

The 12v power connector mainly supplies power to the cpu if the 12v power connector is not connected the 12v power connector mainly supplies power to the cpu if the 12v power connector is not connected the computer will not start 25
To meet expansion requirements it is recommended that a power supply that can withstand high power consumption be used 500w or greater if a power supply is used that does not provide the required power the result can lead to an unstable or unbootable system 25
With the use of the power connector the power supply can supply enough stable power to all the components on the motherboard before connecting the power connector first make sure the power supply is turned off and all devices are properly installed the power connector possesses a foolproof design connect the power supply cable to the power connector in the correct orientation 25

All fan headers on this motherboard are 4 pin most fan headers possess a foolproof insertion design when connecting a fan cable be sure to connect it in the correct orientation the black connector wire is the ground wire the motherboard supports cpu fan speed control which requires the use of a cpu fan with fan speed control design for optimum heat dissipation it is recommended that a system fan be installed inside the chassis 26

Follow the steps below to correctly install an m ssd in the m connector 28
M2m m2p m socket 3 connectors 28
Select the proper hole for the m ssd to be installed and refasten the screw and standoff 28
Step 1 get a screw and a standoff from the included m screw and standoff packs locate the m connector where you will install the m ssd use a screwdriver to unfasten the screw on the heatsink and then remove the heatsink 28
Step 2 locate the proper mounting hole for the m ssd to be installed and then tighten the standoff first insert the m ssd into the m connector at an angle 28
Step 3 press the m ssd down and then secure it with the screw replace the heatsink and secure it to the original hole 28
Step 4 the installation is completed as shown in the picture above 28
The m connectors support m sata ssds or m pcie ssds and support raid configuration please note that an m pcie ssd cannot be used to create a raid set either with an m sata ssd or a sata hard drive to create a raid array with an m pcie ssd you must set up the configuration in uefi bios mode refer to chapter 3 configuring a raid set for instructions on configuring a raid array 28

Due to the limited number of lanes provided by the chipset the availability of the sata connectors may be affected by the type of device installed in the m2 sockets the m2m connector shares bandwidth with the sata3 4 5 connectors the m2p connector shares bandwidth with the sata3 0 1 connectors refer to the following tables for details 29
