Require a receipt from your mechanic of the removal of the Warranty Card.

Claims are not accepted in all cases speci ed in the Warranty Card, in the absence of the

date of sale and the seal of the shop (the seller’s signature) in this Owner’s Manual, and in

the absence of the Warranty Card.

The warranty does not apply to appliances with defects arising as a result of the use in

violation of the requirements of the Owner’s Manual, including:

• Electric motor overload, mechanical damage as a result of shocks, falling, etc.

• Incorrect connection of the appliance to the electrical network, as well as the mismatch

of electrical parameters of the network speci ed in the Manual

• Use of inappropriate water

• Damage caused by improper installation

• Unauthorized modi cation of the design or unacceptable components

• Damage caused by faulty non-standard and unacceptable consumables and accessories

• Damage caused by re, aggressive substances, etc., by liquids and foreign objects getting

inside the appliance, mechanical damage (cracks, cleavages, etc.)

• Power cord damage, absence of the plug or cord

• Damage caused by aggressive media and high temperatures, by foreign objects getting

into ventilation grills of the appliance (if any), damage occurred as a result of improper

storage (corrosion of metal parts, etc.) and transportation of the product by both the

consumer and the selling company

• When the use of the appliance is not intended or in the case of its industrial use

• There are traces of intrusion or repair outside the warranty workshop on the appliance,

factory serial numbers (if any) have been erased or modi ed; or when malfunctions are

caused by force majeure ( re, ood, lightning strike, etc.)

Free service does not apply to replacement and fast wearing parts and xtures listed

below, that may cause a break of the appliance, or the natural wear of the parts (full

remaining life, heavy internal or external contamination):

• PUMPS: carbon brushes, gear belts, rubber seals, seals, protective covers, grease, etc.

• WASHING MACHINES: water drain hose, water inlet hose

• OVENS, MICROWAVE OVENS: plates, spits, grills, dishes, baking trays, lids, cleaning

scrapers and ame spreaders

• VACUUM CLEANERS: hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust bags, lters

• AIR CONDITIONERS AND KITCHEN HOODS: lters

• MIXERS AND BLENDERS: blades

• KETTLES: damage of any glass or fragile components of the product (if the product is

broken)
