TIMER MODE

Recording Timer
Setting the Recording Timer
1 When the device is off, press and hold
»TIMER« on the remote control.
– The Timer Mode is displayed.
2 Activate the input mode by pressing the Jog-
Shuttle.
– Display: The hour display flashes.
Note:

If the Recording Timer is switched off
(»TIMER OFF«), select the »TIMER ON« dis-
play by turning the Jog-Shuttle and confirm
by pressing the Jog-Shuttle.
3 Set the correct hour by turning the Jog-Shuttle
and confirm by pressing the Jog-Shuttle or
»TIMER«.
– Display: The minute display flashes.
4 Set the correct minute by turning the Jog-Shut-
tle and confirm by pressing the Jog-Shuttle or
»TIMER«.
– Display: The last selected program source
flashes.
5 Set the program source »RECORD TUNER« by
turning the Jog-Shuttle and confirm by pressing
the Jog-Shuttle or »TIMER«.
6 Set the required radio program by turning the
Jog-Shuttle and confirm by pressing the Jog-
Shuttle or »TIMER«.
– Display: »VOL 20« flashes.
7 Set the volume by turning the Jog-Shuttle
and confirm by pressing the Jog-Shuttle or
»TIMER«.
8 If a USB memory stick is connected and a SD/
SDHC/MMC memory card is inserted, you
must select which data medium to record to.
Select the required data medium by turning the
Jog-Shuttle.
– Display: »RECORD TO SD« or
»RECORD TO USB«
9 Confirm the data medium by pressing the Jog-
Shuttle or »TIMER«.
– Display: »RECORD OFF TIME«, the hour dis-
play flashes.
10 Set the hour for the switch-off time by turning
the Jog-Shuttle and confirm by pressing the
Jog-Shuttle or »TIMER«.
– Display: The minute display flashes.
11 Set the minutes for the switch-off time by turn-
ing the Jog-Shuttle and confirm by pressing
the Jog-Shuttle or »TIMER«.
– Display: » « and the current time.
