Corkscrew (spiral) curls
1 Insert styling attachment (ø 19 mm) as
described.
2 Push the plastic spiral attachment onto the
styling attachment ensuring the arrow on the
plastic attachment is pointing upward and the
bottom end of the plastic attachment ends
under the shorter clip of the styling attachment.
3 Clamp the end of a strand of hair in the shorter
clip.
4 Wind the strand of hair around the spiral
attachment, into your hair and towards your
head; follow the spiral profile of the spiral
attachment.
5 Pull the attachment out of your hair after 5 to
10 seconds.

Allow the spirals to cool before finally styling
your hair by brushing or combing.

Crimped hair
1 Pull the ceramic panels of the styling attach-
ment out of the housing.
See the gripping surfaces at the front end of
the ceramic panels.
2 Rotate the ceramic panels and precisely insert
in the housing of the styling attachment with
the ribbed surface facing outward until they
latch into place. See the contacts and the two
retaining pins.
3 Insert styling attachment as described.
4 Place a 5 - 6 cm thick strand of hair at the
hairline between the ceramic plates by pressing
down the styling attachment lever and then
releasing it again.
Important

Be careful and ensure you do not touch the
very hot ceramic plates.
5 After 5 to 10 seconds, open the two halves of
the styling attachment and move to the next
section of the strand of hair.

Ensure the new and previous sections of the
strand of hair slightly overlap.
6 Continue in this way to the end of the strand of
hair.

Allow the crimped hair to cool before finally
styling it by brushing or combing.
