Problem Cause Solution
The lter in the dust
container is dirty.
Clean the lter in the dust container with a brush
with soft bristles (see chapter ‘Cleaning and
maintenance’, section ‘Emptying and cleaning the dust
container’)
If brushing does not help to clean the lter, replace
the lter with a new one (see chapter ‘Replacement’,
section ‘Replacing the lter’ and chapter ‘Ordering
accessories’).
The suction opening
in the bottom is
clogged.
Clean the suction opening (see chapter ‘Cleaning
and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning the suction
opening, the wheels and the drop-off sensors’).
The front wheel is
jammed with hair or
other dirt.
Clean the front wheel (see chapter ‘Cleaning and
maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning the suction opening,
the wheels and the drop-off sensors’).
The robot is cleaning
a black oor, which
triggers the drop-off
sensors. This causes
the robot to move in
an unusual pattern.
