The burner starts after about three seconds from when the spray gun is opened and stops operating
when the spray gun is closed or when the set temperature has been reached.
In case of the ame going out the burner stops and the indicator (20) lights up.
STOP
Run the equipment with cold water for a couple of minutes.
Move the master switch (1) to “0” position.
Remove the plug from the power socket, or disconnect the poles from the battery (12V models).
Close securely the water supply tap of the combined high-pressure cleaner (or take the suction pipe out
of the supply tank).
Empty the water out of the combined high-pressure cleaner by pressing the lever on the spray gun for
a few seconds.
Stop the combined high-pressure cleaner, making reference to the relative instruction manual.
Press the lever on the spray gun for a few seconds to discharge any remaining pressure in the high-pressure
hoses.
Wait for the combined high-pressure cleaner and the equipment to cool down.
DECOMMISSIONING
Wind up the high-pressure hose (21) carefully, without any bends and hang it to its support(8)
(HOTBOX15/200) or the handlebar (2) (other models).
Wind up the power cable (6) carefully and hang it to its support (8) (HOTBOX15/200) or the handlebar(2)
(other models).
Carefully store the equipment in a dry, clean place, taking care not to damage the power cable or the
high-pressure hose.
Also follow the instructions for decommissioning given in the instruction manual of the combined high-
pressure cleaner.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Carry out the operations described in the “STOP” section, following the indications given in the table below.

After every use
Check any power cable, high-pressure hose, ttings.
In the event of one or more parts being damaged, do not use the
equipment and contact a SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
Once a month Clean the diesel fuel ll up lter (30).
Unscrew the diesel fuel tank cap (7) to access the ll up lter. Take out
the lter and remove any impurities. In the most dicult cases, replace
the lter. For spares, contact a SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
Special maintenance jobs must only be performed by a SKILLED TECHNICIAN, complying with the
following table (approx. data):

Every 200 hours. Adjust the electrodes. Clean the diesel fuel nozzle.
Check/replace the diesel fuel lter.
Every 500 hours. Replace the electrodes.
Replace the diesel fuel nozzle.
Clean the boiler.
Descale the coil.
Check the safety devices.
