TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEMS CAUSES REMEDIES
By setting the switch(1) to
position, the equipment
does not start and the
indicator (17) is o.
One of the protection devices of
the system to which the equipment
(fuse, differential switch, etc.) is
connected has triggered.
Reset the protection device.
If it triggers again, do not use the
equipment and contact a SKILLED
TECHNICIAN.
The power cable plug is not
properly tted.
Disconnect the plug from the
socket and t it back correctly.
Water leakage under the
equipment.
The safety valve has triggered. IF IT TRIGGERS REPEATEDLY,
DO NOT USE THE EQUIPMENT
AND CONTACT A SKILLED
TECHNICIAN.
The equipment stops
its operation and the
indicator(17) is o.
One of the protection devices of
the system to which the equipment
(fuse, differential switch, etc.) is
connected has triggered.
Reset the protection device.
IF IT TRIGGERS AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE EQUIPMENT AND
CONTACT A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
The equipment does not
supply hot water.
The diesel fuel in the tank is below
the minimum level (indicator (18)
on).
Add diesel fuel.
The diesel lter is clogged. Follow the indications of the
“SPECIAL MAINTENANCE”
section.
Insucient inlet water pressure. Check the system.
The boiler safety thermostat has
triggered.
Wait a few minutes for the
equipment to cool down, so as to
allow the reset of the device.
IF IT TRIGGERS AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE EQUIPMENT AND
CONTACT A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
The burner control device has
triggered (indicator (20) on).
Move the master switch (1) to “0”
position, wait a few seconds and
then move to
position.
IF IT TRIGGERS AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE EQUIPMENT AND
CONTACT A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
During steam operation,
the burner fails to start or
stops and the indicator (19)
comes on.
Pressure above 32 bar/464 psi. Follow the indications of the
“STEAM OPERATION” SECTION.
Flashing indicator (20). Temperature control component
malfunction.

A SKILLED TECHNICIAN.
