INFORMATIONS TECHNIQUES
Description générale
La pompe a été conçue et construite pour pomper et pour comprimer des liquides à haute pression dans les
applications industrielles.
Le pompage se fait par une série de pistons connectés à l'arbre de transmission mécanique par des bielles.
Pendant l'entraînement, les pistons coulissent selon leur axe à l'intérieur de la tête, où les conduites d'aspiration
et de refoulement sont équipées de vannes qui permettent au liquide de ne passer que dans un sens.

Usages normaux
La pompe a été conçue et fabriquée pour être incorporée dans des machines et dans des installations (machines
pour le lavage des matières premières, produits nis, etc.).
L'utilisation de la pompe doit être conforme à ses caractéristiques techniques (voir «Caractéristiques techniques»),
sans aucune modication ni usage abusif.
Mauvais usages non autorisés
Il est interdit de mettre en service la pompe si l'installation ou la machine dans laquelle elle est incorporée, n'a
pas été déclarée conforme aux dispositions légales nationales et locales en vigueur.
Il est interdit d'utiliser la pompe dans une atmosphère explosible.
Il est interdit d'utiliser la pompe pour des liquides inammables, toxiques, corrosifs ou de densité inappropriée.
Éviter d'aspirer des liquides trop chauds pour les caractéristiques techniques de la pompe.
Il est interdit d'utiliser la pompe pour les conduites d'eau potable.
Il est interdit d'utiliser la pompe pour une application alimentaire.
Il est interdit d'utiliser la pompe pour des produits pharmaceutiques.
Risques résiduels
En dépit de l'observation des normes de sécurité et des informations contenues dans cette notice, le risque
suivant demeure pendant l'utilistion de la pompe.
- Danger de nature thermique: pendant le fonctionnement, la température du liquide pompé peut faire
grimper énormément la température de la pompe. Par conséquent, l'installateur devra en tenir compte et
prévoir les protections adéquates et les panneaux d'avertissement pour le personnel.
